Helen Oyeyemi’s novels are The Icarus Girl, The Opposite House, which was a nominee for the 2008 Hurston/Wright Legacy Award and White is for Witching.
Naomi Alderman’s first novel, Disobedience won the Orange Award for New Writers in 2006. In 2007 she was named Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year. Her new novel, The Lessons, will be published in April 2010.
Patrick Neate is the author of seven books of fiction and non-fiction. He has won several prizes including the Whitbread Novel Award and the NBCC Award for Criticism. His latest novel is Jerusalem.
