WRITING FOR YOUNG ADULTS

There’s no such thing as a typical teenager

That’s the whole point of being a teenager, being atypical! And there’s no typical way to write for them either. This course will investigate ways to be the best kind of atypical, keeping your writing fresh and challenging and avoiding writing books for teenagers that only adults like. Brief samples or outlines of work would be welcome.

This course is fully booked. Please call the centre if you would like to be put on the waiting list or to discuss other courses.
