Rachel is currently the interim centre manager at Moniack Mhor. She was born and raised in the highlands and has undertaken a plethora of jobs from managing a busy city centre youth hostel, bar work to working in social care with children and young people. Recently she has rekindled the passion for creative writing after many years and has started doing it rather than romanticising about it. In her spare time she loves getting out into the great outdoors and talking on end about culinary delights.
