The standard 2008 course fee is £550 for a single room or £499 for a shared room. Please remember that you may be eligible for a grant to cover some of these costs.
Bookings can be made either online (go to your course and click Book This Course from there), by post using the booking form or by telephoning the appropriate centre. If you are applying for a grant as well please only apply by post at the moment. This is because you need to provide supporting documentation. If you are worried you won't get a place on the course, ring the centre running the course to provisionally hold a place if possible.
You can pay by credit or debit card or cheque. In either case in order to secure your place you will need to pay a deposit of £150 at the time of booking.
The balance of the course fee will be due six weeks before the course starts and this should be sent without waiting for a reminder from us. If we do not receive it when due, we reserve the right to offer the place to someone else.
If you wish to book by post, the booking form should be sent to the appropriate centre with cheques payable to The Arvon Foundation, or for courses at Moniack Mhor, to Moniack Mhor Ltd.
Please note that each centre has a mix of single and twin rooms. Single rooms may be booked in advance at the single room rate, but priority booking will be given to those with medical grounds. Please contact the centre for availability.
If you are aged 16-17, we require a parent or guardian to sign the booking form on your behalf or, alternatively, a letter of consent to be written and signed by a parent or guardian.
