Fees and Grants
The standard 2012 course fee is £655 for a single room or £605 for a shared room. Writing Retreats are £475 per week.
Your course fee includes all workshops, tutorials and readings, as well as full board accommodation. When you book you will be asked to pay a deposit of £150. The balance of your course fee is payable by six weeks before the course starts.
Remember that if you cannot afford the full course fee, you can apply for a grant to help with these costs. Around a quarter of our participants receive help in this way, and the amount of grant can be as high as the full course fee.

If your are unable to book online you can download a booking form and post it, or telephone the appropriate centre with a credit/debit card.
If you wish to book by post, the booking form should be sent to the appropriate centre with a cheque made payable to The Arvon Foundation, or for courses at Moniack Mhor, to Moniack Mhor Ltd. Check out the contact details for the centres.
If you are aged 16-17, we require a parent or guardian to sign the booking form on your behalf or, alternatively, a letter of consent to be written and signed by a parent or guardian. Brochure courses are not suitable for under-16s, but we do run many courses for schools - find out more.
